November 24, Monday, 7:00 a.m.

The plan right now is to start Prentice on dialysis.  He's back on 100% oxygen on the ventilator, but is still conscious and responsive.  As one doctor put it, "This is a setback, but it's not game over."

What to pray:  That the dialysis solves the problem and is effective.  For his heart and lungs to stay strong.  Thanksgiving that Barbara is already feeling your prayers and is remarkably peaceful.  For Palmer and her hip procedure as she's at the hospital right now.

Lori Ann was able to run in and talk and love on her dad before heading over to Vanderbilt Children's to be with Palmer which was a blessing.

We have NO DOUBT who is control and we're trusting in His wisdom.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.  We know there is not a man on this earth who is more covered in prayer right now.  You cannot know the peace that gives us.

I am a member at OCCC and have so enjoyed Prentice's sermons. Having sat in a hospital waiting room for days waiting on bits of good news for our family's patriarch to wake up and recover, I know a bit of your pain. You are all in our prayers and I hope in spite of the dreary day, you find some peace. I also pray today brings some good news. Melinda Nowers

Prayers and tears on your behalf are flowing. Our continued prayer is:
Lord we know you have the power to heal. May it be to your glory and honor to heal Prentice. Surround him and Barbara,LoriAnn,Palmer, and all the family with the "peace that passeth all understanding". Quickly Lord, quickly!
Our son had sepsis at birth and we know all too well the magnitude of this illness, but we also know the greater magnitude of God so that today we have a healthy 5 year old! May God's healing hand be with you and may He hold you in his heart at this time.
Love and Prayers,
Kirk and Liesl Bowman

Prentice-- your words have meant so much to me and Linda throughout the years. You are truly one of my favorite proclaimers of God's Word -- since my days in Med School at the U of Mo. Please know of our love and concern -- and prayers for your recovery. We love you and your family so much.

The Searcy community is distressed to hear of Prentice's struggle. Last evening, the College Church lifted his name before the father and is praying for recovery. We're all concerned, but KNOW that he's in the Father's gentle hands. May God bless each of you!

"For there stood by me this night the angel of God -Act 27:23

Like Paul, may the Meador family know the comfort of having Jesus, the angel of the covenant... the angel of God, standing by them through this night of storm when other anchors do not hold.
The Lord is my Helper, I will not be afraid - Psalms

Each of you are in our prayers all during the day as we talk with our Heavenly Father on behalf of healing for Prentice and strength and comfort for each of you. You can't talk with anyone at Prestoncrest without them expressing love and concern for Prentice's healing. Our prayers will continue until he is well again. Much love, Fred & Dottie
